Julia McKeone Stoddard

Julia McKeone was a daughter of Peter and Mary McKeone, Irish immigrants buried at St. John the Baptist Cemetery. She married Edgar Clarence Stoddard, and together they raised one of Hubbardston's largest families — 13 or more children, including John M. 'Jack' Stoddard (historian of the Hubbardston Area Historical Society) and Patricia Stoddard (who married Gerald Osborne). Julia serves as the bridge between the McKeone family's deep Irish-Catholic roots and the sprawling Stoddard clan that became a fixture of the Hubbardston community.
