Edgar Clarence Stoddard

Edgar Clarence Stoddard (1892–1965) married Julia McKeone — daughter of Peter and Mary McKeone — and together they raised one of Hubbardston's largest families, with 13 or more children. Edgar's parents, Clarence Arthur Stoddard (1861–1942) and Loretta Timlin (1863–1945), are both buried at St. John the Baptist Cemetery; the Timlin name connects the Stoddard family to Irish roots on both the paternal and maternal sides. The sheer size of the Stoddard family made them a significant presence in the Hubbardston community throughout the 20th century.
