Township Hall
StandingThe seat of local government for Hubbardston Township, hosting board meetings, elections, and community functions.
The Township Hall serves as the administrative center for Hubbardston Township government. It hosts regular township board meetings, local elections, and community functions. As the seat of one of Ionia County's rural townships, the hall represents the tradition of local self-governance that dates back to the township's formal organization in 1844, when thirty-seven voters gathered at Bartley Dunn's house for the first town meeting. The hall continues to be the place where residents engage directly with their local government.
